UteMart.com.au will endeavour to have all customer orders shipped within 3 days of purchase. Some products may take longer to be sent due to stock holds and inventory. Goods will be received within 15 days of purchase or sooner. Some orders may be split and sent in different bags depending on stock availability at the time orders are picked and packed. RETURNS

Returns Policy

Purchases made through a utemart.com store should be returned to the store of purchase for assessment. All online purchases must be returned to utemart.com, 2/73 West Burleigh Rd, Burleigh Heads 4220. Please liaise with utemart.com by phone 07 55203804 during office hours before return. The cost of returning an item to utemart.com is the sole responsibility of the customer. For online purchases utemart.com will pay for return freight if the product is assessed as having a major fault or the item supplied was not as described or ordered. Notification must be made for return within 14 days of receiving delivery.

Information required to complete return.

-Purchase receipt.

-Product in the same condition as it was purchased.

-Provide name, address, telephone number.

-All returns granted will be credited the same way payment was made.eg original credit card, paypal, cash, eft.

-Returns of items that have free shipping will mean you're responsible for the original freight charge to you and back to us

Exclusions for Returns
