Purchases made through a utemart.com store should be returned to the store of purchase for assessment. The cost of returning an item to utemart.com is the sole responsibility of the customer. For online purchases utemart.com will pay for return freight if the product is assessed as having a major fault or the item supplied was not as described or ordered.
