Returns Policy

Purchases made through a utemart.com store should be returned to the store of purchase for assessment. All online purchases must be returned to utemart.com, 2/73 West Burleigh Rd, Burleigh Heads 4220. Please liaise with utemart.com by phone 07 55203804 during office hours before return. The cost of returning an item to utemart.com is the sole responsibility of the customer. For online purchases utemart.com will pay for return freight if the product is assessed as having a major fault or the item supplied was not as described or ordered. Notification must be made for return within 14 days of receiving delivery.
