UteMart.com.au will endeavour to have all customer orders shipped within 3 days of purchase. Some products may take longer to be sent due to stock holds and inventory. Goods will be received within 15 days of purchase or sooner. Some orders may be split and sent in different bags depending on stock availability at the time orders are picked and packed. There will be no extra cost incurred with this.

Returns Policy

Purchases made through a utemart.com store should be returned to the store of purchase for assessment. All online purchases must be returned to utemart.com, 2/2 Ramly Drive, Burleigh Heads 4220. Please liaise with utemart.com by phone 07 55203804 during office hours before return. The cost of returning an item to utemart.com is the sole responsibility of the customer. For online purchases utemart.com will pay for return freight if the product is assessed as having a major fault or the item supplied was not as described or ordered. Notification must be made for return within 14 days of receiving delivery.

In some cases a refund, replacement or repair may not be offered to you, for the following reasons.

-If you substantially modify the product.

-If you misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels.

-Simply change your mind.

-Order incorrectly online.

-Custom orders.
